Hello Friends.

A few weeks ago a dear friend of mine took her 15-year-old daughter, Julia to the doctor for what was thought to be a muscle strain of sorts. Through a series of tests they discovered a large mass in the center of her chest. Julia, her dad and mom all flew from their temporary home in Mexico back to Calgary to further investigate next steps. Julia was admitted right away and it was determined she has a rare form of Lymphoma. Because of this cancer's aggressive nature, the specialists have begun treatment administering her first round of chemo in the Children's Hospital. Please please pray and send all your positivity her way.

As friends, we would like to ease the financial burden so this family can focus solely on Julia's recovery. They are currently supporting two households. Angel, Julia's dad is staying with the boys in Mexico to finish off the school year and Gabriela, her mom will be by her side. Not only are there lost wages for both parents but also a few expensive medications. Please consider helping in any way you can and share around. We'd love to show this family they are not alone in this fight.
