On November 5, 2022, our dear friend and fellow church member Frank Cortale suffered a debilitating heart attack, shortly after his shift at WABC-TV's "Eyewitness News". At this time Frank's heart is operating at 30% capacity.

Frank's career at WABC-TV has spanned over 25 years. He is in his third season as stage manager for "Live with Kelly & Ryan" while for the last ten years also working on "Today" and "NBC Nightly News".

Frank's three-month cardiac rehab program has had to be delayed, due to a medical setback. His ability to return to work is in question, and this adds to the financial stress he and his family are already experiencing.

As a Freelance employee in New York State, Frank is entitled to short-term disability benefits of a mere $170 per week. As medical and living costs pile up, you can only imagine how difficult this situation could become for Frank and his family. Please consider helping out our friend in any amount you can. Thank you!
