Help Fight Corruption in Georgia’s Legal System
On October 15, 2024, I was pulled over in Dooly County, Georgia, and charged with a fabricated charge for following a semi-truck too closely—a criminal traffic violation that has since spiraled into a legal battle exposing serious misconduct by law enforcement, prosecutors, and the judiciary. Ironically the charging officer is the son of the elected county sheriff of that county and his dad was friends with the judge overseeing my case.
On that same day of that stop, I was stopped 20 mins later by another county, Turner County's sheriff deputies. They then violated my constitutional and civil rights further and committed many crimes against me, including groping my genitals without legal authority.
I was humiliated, threatened with arrest, and intimidated for no reason.
It all sounds crazy and unbelievable, but luckily for me, it was all captured on film!
It was so bad that District Attorney Brad Rigby has referred the case to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation for a criminal investigation.
What started as a routine traffic stop quickly became something much bigger. The Dooly County Sheriff’s Office and Turner County Sheriff’s Office both shut down their Facebook pages after public scrutiny mounted over their misconduct and illegal actions during these traffic stops because it was so bad what they did to me and this further shows the length they are willing to go to avoid accoutnability. But the real corruption runs even deeper.
Judicial & Prosecutorial Misconduct
As I fought the charge, I discovered alarming conflicts of interest within the court handling my case:
I found during months into my case that the judge had personal relationships with the prosecutor and the charging officer without disclosing them.
I had to find this out on my own research and called the judge out in a motion to recuse him and have him kicked off my case. My case currently is still in the same corrupt county awaiting a new judge to be assigned, which I have no faith will be any different.
These relationships raise serious concerns about the fairness of my trial. The system is supposed to be impartial, but when the judge, prosecutor, and law enforcement are all personally connected, how can anyone expect a fair outcome?
Why I Need Your Help
I plan to handle all pre-trial matters myself, paying for consultations with experienced attorneys to ensure every key legal filing is done correctly. However, if the case goes to trial, I will hire a law firm to handle the trial proceedings.
Every dollar raised will go toward:
Legal consultations to ensure proper filings and motions
Retaining a law firm if the case goes to trial
Holding officials accountable for their misconduct
If the case is settled before trial or funds remain after legal expenses, all remaining funds will be donated to the Institute for Justice—a nonprofit dedicated to fighting government abuse and protecting individual rights.
Join the Fight
This case isn’t just about what happened to me—it’s about exposing corruption and ensuring accountability. If the system can railroad someone over for no reason, imagine what they do to people facing more serious accusations without the means to fight back.
Your support can make a real difference. Donate today and help me stand up against judicial misconduct, prosecutorial conflicts of interest, and law enforcement corruption.
Thank you for believing in justice.
Please watch the videos; it’s truly unreal this happened. I promise your mind will be blown.
I have created a YouTube channel to document all of the updates, and I post daily here:
Much love!
