Stopping Sheriff Peterson as Last Holdout

SUING SHERIFF TROY PETERSON NOW WILL SEND A MESSAGE TO OTHER SHERIFFS WHO EVEN THINK ABOUT VIOLATING OUR GUN RIGHTS

This Sheriff is 1 of 82 that wants to violate our gun rights. He claims to be a big time NRA supporter and is a firearms instructor. But he is one of those guys in my opinion who thinks only police officers should carry guns. In fact he has enforced that in "his" courthouse in Gulfport for years now even after having been determined by the Attorney General on two occasions to be violating the law. He has also defied the Legislature and the MS Supreme Court. It is time to take him to court and lets see if he defies a Federal District Court Judge after we make our case. 

Most of you know how successful I have been in the past in defending our gun rights. Sheriff's don't scare me. I put two in jail when I was at the AG's office. Judges don't scare me, I took three to the Supreme Court which ultimately forced 200 across the state to comply with our gun laws. The only statewide public officials in MS that have continued to support our gun rights are members of the Legislature.  

Marvin Clifford and I are joining efforts to take this legal action against one arrogant sheriff named Troy Peterson. The court's decision will fix any problems with others as in the case of my Supreme Court case against the judges. We have formed a business now called GOT U which stands for Gun Owners Treated Unfairly. If you or anyone you know falls into that category at any time in the future, we will use funds raised to defend you and attack your attackers absolutely free. We will help you sue for personal damages if justified and hope that if successful you at least repay the business for the money we gave you. Doing this and also asking the court for attorney fees when we win will keep a perpetual supply of funds to hire attorneys for your benefit.  We are applying for a 501(c)(4) non-profit status but don't have that yet. We are already approved by the Secretary of State and have opened a bank account with funds provided by a lady we helped get a sizeable settlement for being falsely arrested.

We are retaining Attorney Reed Martz from Oxford. He is worth our investment. He filed 27 Attorney General complaints against public officials the very day that law went into effect. He has been hired by NRA in the past to write Legislation and Amicus Briefs to include in my Supreme Court case.  Please check out Reed's background here:

We love law enforcement and the officers that serve in it. We hate thugs masquerading as supporters of our rights. I don't have to tell you where Troy Peterson fits in that group.

I will provide you with an update tomorrow that will specifically tell you what this clown is doing. But all I can ask you for now, is to dig deeply into your pockets so we can make this lawsuit a realty. He doesn't worry about a lawsuit because through taxes you and I pay, we are already paying for his attorney.  It doesn't come out of his pocket. The sad thing is that we have to now raise money through donation campaigns like this to sue him. We need new Legislation in that regard.
