Hello, my name is Desirae Black and I’m writing on behalf of my beloved sister, Corrine Black. Corrine transitioned on 8/16/25 unexpectedly due to a lifelong battle with Sickle Cell Disease. Corrine was the most caring, kind-hearted person I knew. She was strong, constantly in pain, but would never let that stop her. She spent most of her life in and out of hospitals, but she always kept a smile on her face and stayed positive. She was so brave and courageous, something I always admired about her.
Corrine is missed by her mother, Evon, and father, Floyd Black, her fiancée, Tae, and her siblings, of which she is 1 of 6. Our hearts are shattered and we are asking for anything you’re able to donate to help bury our loving Corrine. We love you, Corrine; we will always fight for you!!
