Hello, For those who don’t know, I’m Taylor (Corrina Anderson’s daughter) and I’m setting up this fundraiser to help my mother. Some of you know my mom has been dealt not the best set of cards when it comes to her health. Many of you know she won her battle against cancer back in 2018, as well as last year in December. Unfortunately, we are faced with this fight again. Corrina has been pushing through everyday tasks with a cancerous tumor that causes her much pain and discomfort. On top of that her heart is out of rhythm, making the simple tasks even more challenging. She is currently going in for her 9th heart ablation. She’s maintaining a positive mindset but some days are just too hard. She is the sole provider for her household as she still has two daughters at home and cannot afford to miss work. With that being said, in the up coming weeks she is going to have to attend chemo and radiation treatments as well as therapy. These appointments are in Traverse city, so not only is it going to effect her at work but it’s also a lot more traveling. ( For those that aren’t familiar, Traverse City is located about an hour and a half from her residence.) Those of you that know my mom know how much of a big heart she has, she’s the type that would give you the shirt off of her back if you needed it. She is also stubborn(sorry mom it’s true), she’s trying to handle everything by herself and it’s taking a toll on her. As her oldest I feel that it’s my duty to pick up what she can’t and unfortunately I’m too far away to be any sort of immediate help.(Take her to appointments, check on her at home, make sure she’s comfortable,provide for my sisters,etc..) That brings us here, I’m creating this page for those that would also like to help no matter what it is! The funds gathered here will be used to help with the costs of doctors appointments, cancer treatments, medications, traveling/ transportation, and family/ living expenses. Thank you.
