Hi my name is Correna Miller. I am a Junior at Detroit Lakes High School and a Concurrent Enrollment at Mstate. I am involved in Philanthropy and Youth, and also my passion, Math League. I have taken active steps for my dreams in becoming a Family Medical Doctor. I am a high achieving, hard working student, maintaining a 3.8 GPA as well as holding a part-time Certified Nursing Assisstant job at Ecumen Detroit Lakes. I have also joined the Minnesota National Guard to be trained as a Chemical,  Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Specialist (CBRN). Attending Basic Combat Training this summer.
After Basic Training I will attend the 2016 National Student Leadership Conference on Medicine and Healthcare at Havard Medical School from August 3-11.  In order for me to attend, I have to raise $3400 for the tuition, as my parents are unable to contribute. I would like to attend to see what the medical world has in store, to develop my life leadership skills and my passion for helping others.
