Cornhusker Boys' State is a premier youth leadership experience for Nebraska high school juniors. Founded in 1938, Cornhusker Boys State provides its delegates a high-energy, impactful environment to grow as a leader and participate in civics activities. Boys State is more than a government camp. Students compete in football, basketball, softball, volleyball, track, talent show and pentathlon. There is also a fine arts element that includes a robust journalism program. On top of it all, students will form lasting connections and friendships!

Applications are open now until March 15th! Students apply from across the state and will be selected by April 1st. We aim to remove money as a barrier for as many students as possible. Your donation will be used to send students to The American Legion Cornhusker Boys' State. Every $450 will fund another student. Thank you!
