It is with deep sorrow to inform you of the passing of the late Cornelius Kipkorir Rutto son to Samuel Rutto and Eunice Rutto of Eldoret,cousins to Nixon Tum, Purity Limo amongest others,

Based on police report the incident occurred on 27/01/2025 at Robberts lane in Wodonga .Cornelius was found dead inside the car,we are waiting for more information from the police department,
