We are raising money to afford to make Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland Corn's final resting place.  To Corn's family, there is no better place in the world to honor her memory and keep her as an enduring part of our lives.  We enjoyed countless dog walks at Mountain View with Corn and Ella, often joined by other happy dogs that Corn was sitting for that week.  It's on Piedmont Avenue, where Corn spent many of her happiest days and there remains a community of loving friends.  It is expensive, but we feel like it's more than worth the cost for all of her friends and family to be able to visit her in such a beautiful and peaceful place that she already loved to spend time at.

Because of the restrictions during this pandemic, we cannot have a funeral for Corn for the massive amount of people who will want to say goodbye to Corn, but this fund will hopefully also help pay for that gathering when we can eventually have it.  

If by any chance, there is any donation money left over in this fund after the burial and funeral expenses are paid, we will be so happy to give all of that to PALS, the East Bay pet rescue and adoption organization in which Corn volunteered her time and adopted the love of her life, Ella Bean.

If you want to do anything to help Dawn and Mike in this difficult time, this is the best way to do it and we will be so grateful to each and every one of you.
