Myself, Chloe, Trish and Jac have decided to do the Cork Women's mini marathon this year in aid of Husky Rescue Ireland.

This fantastic organisation rescues Huskies and Akitas and rely totally on public donations and fundraising. Their aim is to reduce the social impact of abandoned and un-neutered dogs in communities all around Ireland. They rescue, rehabilitate, rehome and train these dogs with new responsible owners. A lot of these dogs will need quality vetcare services before they go to their new homes.

Having had my own gorgeous husky for 13 years I felt this would be a lovely way to honour her memory while also raising funds for a wonderful charity.

Anything at all no matter how small would be majorly appreciate by us and Husky Rescue Ireland.
