Tragedy is all around us.  It is even more heartbreaking when it affects our youth.  The loss of Cori Smith - beloved daughter, friend, teammate, and lover of making people laugh - has been felt by more people than she could have ever comprehended.  The East Helena, Helena and surrounding community are reeling from her untimely loss. When tragedy happens, human nature dictates that those left behind want to help. My friends and I come to you today, asking you to help a family dear to us. 

While watching the Smith family deal with this new reality hour by hour, the last burden we want them to face is a financial one.  Vickie Walsh, Paula Holland, Sandra Woodland, Vicki Long, Emmie Kleppelid and Amy Crawford, members of the Helena community and friends of the Smith family, are asking for your thoughtful consideration of a financial gift to the Smith family. 

Funds raised through this effort will go directly to the Smith family to defray the costs of funeral services and ongoing medical costs incurred by the family.  Your donation will ensure that the family can choose the path of healing without reeling from the financial burden of this sudden and unexpected heartbreak.  As a group of moms we express our deep gratitude and appreciation for any help that you can provide.
