This page was created by Cori’s friends and family to support her after her horrible accident. On 7/2/22, Cori was the victim of a hit and run. This accident left her with a broken eye socket, a broken nose and cheek, as well as a broken jaw. She also sustained two skull fractures, a broken femur and broken arm. She has had to deal with blood clots and multiple hematoma. As part of an attempt to repair the damage done by the accidents, Cori has had 5 surgeries to date.

 

Since the accident, Cori has been under the care of her family while she attends follow up appointments and intense out patient physical therapy. 

Cori is the parent of a special needs child, and is struggling to find someone capable of caring for her daughter during her recuperation that is affordable.  

Starting in August, Cori will have to bare all expenses out of pocket until her deductibles are met. Most recently, she had her teeth extracted and will have to replace them with a dental bridge and dentures.  

She has a long road ahead of her, and we are hoping to share her story to help relieve the financial burden her medical expenses have created, as she cannot work at this time.
