Help a corgi butt that needs surgery

Hello, this is Forrest.
My boy here is 10 year old corgi with the soul of a grumpy old man but the heart of a diva that needs constant love and affection. He loves to cuddle, nap, and yell at his brother Lieutenant Dan when he gets too rowdy.
He had been scooting lately and upon a recent check up at the vet it was found that a large mass has grown on his rectum. A corgis best asset if you will.
He needs surgery to remove the lumps from his bum to hopefully prevent it from spreading more and to receive a biopsy.
We have just moved cross country and as the mother of this grumpy loaf of potato bread I’m very tight on funds at the moment and seeking new employment.
I’ve noticed him being a bit more lethargic lately but he is still in good spirits and enjoys trying to heard me around the house into the kitchen to make me give him his favorite treat which are apple slices.
This is him and his brother on our cross country road trip from hell where we had to rent a uhual halfway through the drive cause our transmission died in the middle of Texas
His brother Lieutenant Dan and I are very worried about him right now and anything to help would mean the world to us and Forrest’s butt. He’s a good boy (most of the time) he just doesn’t like when people are on his lawn. ❤️❤️
