On the 13th of December 2025, our lives changed forever when my dad was involved in a serious accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. He is currently in a coma, and at this stage, we don’t know when or how he will wake up. The days ahead are filled with uncertainty, and doctors have told us that his recovery will be long and unpredictable.

Dad will be in the hospital for a long time to come, and until he regains consciousness, we won’t know what level of care he will need, what his quality of life will look like, or whether he will ever be able to return to work. What we do know is that the road ahead will be incredibly challenging.

Only recently, our family moved into a larger home and took on a new, more expensive mortgage to support our future together. With Dad now unable to work for the foreseeable future, and possibly permanently, we are facing immense financial pressure on top of the emotional toll this situation has brought.

We are raising funds to help cover:

Ongoing medical and hospital-related expenses

Mortgage repayments

Living expenses while Dad is unable to work

Any future care or rehabilitation he may require
