My name is Julie Barnes. I was married to Corey Hartgrave for 21 years. Corey passed away at 45 years old on October 1, 2025. He was in the critical care unit for 3 weeks, and passed peacefully in palliative care. Corey became quadriplegic after a car accident in 1998. Due to his resilience and motivation, he became an avid wheelchair athlete. It is my wish to create a memorial for Corey based upon his athletic career, as well as pay for some expensive medical bills.
