Corey Chafin Fund for Live-Saving Heart Transplant

Corey Chafin has spent his life helping people when tragedy strikes. Corey is now experiencing his own tragedy. Corey is in Stage 4 Heart Failure. It's time for a new chapter; one that begins with a life-saving heart transplant.

Corey is now at Barnes Jewish Hospital downtown St. Louis getting his condition stablilized while he waits for a new heart. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover all the costs, and we are seeking your support to cover medical costs.

To be eligible for a heart transplant, a heart patient must show they have support from friends & family. Corey is blessed with true friends and loving family. With your help, we will be one step to getting Corey healthy.
