Please help support our Best Friends Corey & Amanda

Friends, family and neighbors of the community,

We are starting a Go-Fund-Me page in support of our Best Friends, Amanda, Corey and their (almost) two-year-old daughter.

As you may have heard, on Friday, January 24th, Corey was involved in a pedestrian accident on a residential street.

Amanda and Corey were driving with their little one on the Myra Road when suddenly their little girl was sick in her car seat. Corey being the incredible father that he is, pulled over to clean her up and ensure she was okay.

While attending to her, a passing vehicle struck Corey, removing him and the door with the impact. LifeFlight was quick to arrive and thanks to the incredible Doctors and Nurses in the ICU (Halifax Infirmary) they were able to save his life. There are no words to describe how incredibly grateful we were to hear of this news!!!!!!

We now need your help. Amanda and Corey are two people that would truly do anything to help anyone. Corey has sustained serious injuries, including a broken pelvis, leg, and ankle to name a few. It is going to be a long road of recovery for him, and we want to ensure they are taken care of so they can focus on recovery and not the financial burden of this tragic accident.
