It’s with deep sorrow we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Corey  Ali Copeland.  

To all Corey was a great friend, Poet,
Hard worker ,and overall one of the sweetest people you can ever encounter.  He wore
many hats Brother, Cousin , Uncle but most
pronounced to his family a super hero. For he always overcame adversity. And made it his
business to be there for the ones he loved
without question.  Coming to every family
function , poetry jam , and celebratory event
just to show love . He was a rare gem and if
you ever encountered him it’s impossible for
him not to imprint on your heart. For some
time Corey battled with heart failure but that didn’t stop him from living life and bringing
laughter to everyone around him.  But after
suffering a severe heart attack on 3/14/2021 God called him home . 

This go fund me was made with one purpose
and one purpose only and that’s to send him
off with a great and grand celebratory home
going because he was that great of a person .
