Corbin Cornelison Third Party Special Needs Trust

Friends of Corbin, thank you so very much for your donations in the first round of fundraising. Since being diagnosed with ALS in February of 2022, Corbin is constantly adjusting to new and worsening symptoms and is grateful for your support.

Your generosity has helped pay for:

 -Legal fees to set up a Trust and navigate Medicare

 -A 4 week IV treatment to detox his systems of heavy metals and other toxins, and pump him full of therapeutic nutrients

 -Ramps, slings, a fancy recliner that rises and lowers, and other accessibility tools

 -And subscriptions to every streaming service under the sun to keep our friend entertained and mentally stimulated.

 Since a proper Trust has now been set up, Corbin and his family are needing to make some changes to the fundraiser. For this reason, the first fundraiser has been closed and this new one has been set up.

This “Phase 2” effort will help Corbin afford a new treatment he was recently approved to receive. The new drug, Relyvrio, has a monthly copay of $949. The second drug he is waiting and hoping to be approved for is called Radicava ORS, which comes with shocking price tag of $13,000 for 50 ml. Other new expenses include a power chair, as he can no longer walk, a hospital bed, and a breathing machine to keep his body oxygenated.
