I'm Coralee from the Finger Lakes Region of New York, and I am looking for help with rent for a new place. I need to move because I have neighbors who overwhelm the septic, and they make noise throughout the night causing me to end up with about only 4-5 hours of sleep. I have loads of wonderful art supplies that I use to do my work that I have gathered over the years, which means I really need a two bedroom apartment. This additional space has made it really difficult to find a place in a price range I can afford. That's where you come in.

This money will pay for half of my rent for a year, so I can stop working on housing solutions and focus on my business. I have been building my graphic design and illustration business from scratch over the last 5 years, and I need to move out of the rental where I currently live and run my business.

My business is growing, and I am excited to buy a home, but I am not quite there yet. I drew that silly goose and new logo with the folks at Ithaca's Green New Deal for the Bike Share, painted a mural on a barn at Viva Acres with loads of community, and love helping local businesses with their branding glow-ups. I make visual identities, logos, merchandise, label designs, and illustrations for businesses and organizations that are building an abundant and regenerative world.
