Copper Johns Hospital Stay

Hey y’all,

Andrew here, Copper Johns Dad. I was hesitant to even make this because it’s incredibly hard for me to admit I am in need of help but I am at this point in need.

1/29/23 Copper John got into a bedside cabinet when he was home alone and got into an Ibuprofen bottle and ingested 20 some pills. By the time I was home they had already left his stomach and entered his GI track. He was rushed to Gaurdian Emergency Vet where he was admitted and is staying a minimum of 48 hours. Once copper John is discharged he will need 2 weeks of follow up care ( blood work, GI meds and Renal meds ) The upfront cost to admit copper completely over extended me financially and i am afraid with the oncoming vet bills for aftercare i won’t be able to keep up. Any donation or share of this post means more to me than you even know. Copper John in so many ways saved my life and i am forever in his debt.
