Hello

On 18 August I will be racing in the Copenhagen Ironman in aid of a great cause, the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA).

Motor Neurone Disease is a progressive neurological condition that attacks the motor neurones, or nerves, in the brain and spinal cord. It is a life-changing illness and affects how you walk, talk, eat, drink and breathe.

IMNDA are dedicated to supporting individuals and their families with a high standard of care to make the lives of those directly or indirectly living with it as smooth as possible.

Any donations would be very much appreciated and go to a great cause.

Thanks for your generosity,

Nick
