This fund will be used to support the needs of co-op employees who have recently and unexpectedly lost their jobs, and secondly those currently employed as they navigate a time of uncertainty in the business. All of the funds raised here will be collected and distributed by a small team of people. The funds will be distributed on a needs basis to any employee/former employee who asks, and will be used to cover things like: rent and housing, bills, healthy food, mental health or sick days, therapy, legal fees, or transportation. The intention of this fund is solely to uplift, support, and appreciate the employees of the co-op. The collected fund will stay active and available to employees/former employees at request until it has been used up.
