Some absolutely amazing angels tracked down and trapped this poor soul after he was refused help from Coon Rapids AHS and eventually dumped by a Coon Rapids CSO. He's safe now like he should have been days ago. Can we rally and get him the urgent care he needs and has always deserved? NEVER GIVE UP! CAT LOVERS UNITE❤️
