We take pride in the collaborative creation of our unique service - Coolness Project (Kor Ruah ) - "קור רוח" Together with a dedicated and highly skilled team, we introduced a service to military bases and hospitals, providing a powerful combination of Breathwork and Ice bath therapy.
We honor in memory, our dear friend “Ilai Baram עילי ברעם ״, who was a ‘Wim Hof’ instructor himself and was murdered in Southern Israel on October 7 2023. In the current circumstances, it's essential to underscore the importance of providing such treatment. Our mission revolves around safeguarding and bolstering the immune system while significantly reducing stress. We believe that this treatment, especially in these challenging times help in reducing the risk of long-term health issues and trauma.
We express our deep and personal gratitude to the Wim Hof method and CWT - (COLD WATER THERAPY)! Your unwavering commitment has brought this vision to fruition.
