I am a 27-year-old mother, and after the flooding and storms this past week, our AC went out. I haven’t been able to get anyone to come out and fix it, and with the extreme heat, it’s been especially hard to keep my baby comfortable. I’m hoping to raise enough money to buy a window AC unit for my bedroom so my son can stay cool and safe.

I do have a job, but the heat has caused my hours to be cut back, and with bills continuing to rise, it’s been tough to keep up. The funds from this fundraiser will go straight to getting an air unit for my son, so he doesn’t have to worry about overheating.
