Hi, my name is Brianna, though many know me as Chase. I started cooking in 2021 during the pandemic, and what began as a hobby quickly turned into something much more meaningful. The kitchen is really my happy place and brings me so much joy, especially when I see people truly enjoying the meals I’ve made. I put love into everything I make, and I feel like my customers can tell!
   I’ve been selling platters and sharing my passion with others for a while now, but my dream is to take this to the next level and make cooking my full-time career. To do that, I need a food truck—a way to bring my cooking to people directly, rather than only having them come to me. Unfortunately, I don’t come from a family with a lot of financial resources, and I don’t have many people I can lean on for help. But I believe that if you really want something, you’ll try and try in every way until you get it!
    I went to college and graduated with my bachelor’s. I have worked for other people and did the regular 9 to 5 thing. honestly, nothing feels right besides being in the kitchen. What feels like a chore to some people feels like second nature to me. It’s my way to give back to people. I’ve been able to cater events free of charge for people who are in need. I get to change the way people feel with just a bite of good food. You know that little happy dance you do when you eat something good? Imagine how it feels to be the person who causes that.
    I’ve been through so much in my life, and I never let anything stop me or deter me from my dreams. I’ve had business pages get taken down and had to start over from scratch so many times that I’ve lost count! But something always brings me back to the kitchen. Whenever I’m on top financially, I’ve always used my money to help people—help my family and even strangers, honestly. Although I can give a helping hand without a second thought, I’ve always really struggled with accepting help from others. But if there’s one thing that cooking for large groups of people and being in the kitchen has taught me, it’s that there is no “I” in team. There is no “I” in success. You truly cannot exceed to the best of your abilities without help!

   Honestly, I’m OK with oversharing a little bit to help you understand where I come from and where I’m trying to go. In the meantime, until I can make my dream happen, I’ll be sharing plenty of content showing the work I’m putting into this dream—because I want you to know that I don’t believe in asking for handouts without putting in the effort to make it happen.
