This is cookie, our sweet old lady. We've had cookie for about 15 years! Even though she's gotten older, and her snowy face keeps getting whiter, she's so full of energy and still has a lot left to live for. Unfortunately though, about a month ago Cookie developed a tooth infection. As a result of this, eating has become increasingly harder for her and we've had to switch her diet from dry food to soft foods, and homemade mixes. We've been treating her infection with antibiotics, but as we're slowly running out it's become clear that if we don't pull out her infected teeth, Cookie will just continue to suffer. If not treated, we're left with putting Cookie down, something we wish we won't have to do.
We're setting a goal of $5,000–canine teeth extraction is very pricy, but luckily this is considered somewhat low since she's a smaller dog. For my family however, paying for two college tuitions is what we're focused on, and we can't safely consider affording an extra $5,000 out of pocket. We would gladly appreciate anything, and sharing the link as well.
On behalf of Cookie, and our loving quirky family, we thank you!
