Hello all! One of my line cooks Greg is facing a tough time after suffering a stroke and hopitalization. Due to the stroke, he has lost the use of the left side of his body, leaving him unable to perform the tasks needed to do the job he loves. His doctors are hopeful that through therapy he will regain use of his left arm and leg, and will be able to return to a life of normality. But he faces a very long, very tough road. As we all know, cooks don’t rake in the big bucks, and Greg and his family need a little help with bills. $10k is a lot of money, but I believe with small donations from the network of family, friends, and culinary professionals I know, we can reach this goal and help Greg immensely.
