conventional lipedema therapy for insurance

I've been diagnosed with Lipedema, a painful fat disease. It's painful, it's debilitating. The last year and a half I have been working super hard to try and manage this monster. I had bariatric surgery, lost 192 pounds or so.. give or take fluid retention on a given day. I'm not on a regular bariatric diet. I am on a extremely strict anti inflammatory diet that starves lipedema and no room for cheating, it's hard. Also, lymphatic massage that my daughter learned how to do watching youtube videos because there are none in my area that accept insurance. They're all specialty massage that are cash payment. I've spent hours on the phone with insurance looking with no luck. In order to get lipedema surgery's covered insurance wants receipts of paid massage treatments. I also do lymphatic yoga everyday, take mucinex ( weird, I know but it does help lipedema) Basically, I have thrown everything I have in me at this painful disease and I have accomplished a lot! I have done everything I can do on my own and I still have residual lipedema that is extremely painful and hideous to look at. Insurance also wants compression garment receipts and not just any ones.. medical grade that are expensive. This is what they want before they pay for my surgeries. Lipedema surgery would remove painful nodules of fat that will not go away no matter what i do and also skin removal because it would be a natural form of compression making it less likely for the lipedema to return. I promise you.. I have worked super hard. I'm on SSDI, work part time. Please, If you an help I would greatly appreciate it.
