Contributions for Chris Downs after brain cancer surgery.

My name is Chris Downs. In April of 2018. I was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma skin cancer. I’ve spent the last few years receiving many treatments at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville and Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia for brain cancer metastasis. Over the past few months, my condition deteriorated and I needed brain surgery to relieve the pressure. Unfortunately, after surgery I had a bleed in my brain causing my right side to become paralyzed. After a month in the rehab hospital learning to walk and talk and eat, I am finally home but I still need a lot of help to take care of me. I am receiving in home therapy and have a caregiver 5 days a week. My family and friends have had to endure the burden of managing my care and my health. I have been out of work since March and do not see my return in the foreseeable future. Our bills are still piling up. As difficult as this is, I humbly ask for your help.
