Contribute towards funding my place on the UEFA A course

Hi, my name is Rob Mitchell and I am trying to raise money to fund my place on the UEFA A course. Many who know me will know that my passion is football and developing players in the game, I have been coaching for well over 20 years now, completing various qualifications in various roles within the game, the UEFA A licence is the highest possible qualification outside the professional game (Pro Licence). It is an honour to have been accepted onto the course and I am delighted to be given this opportunity. The cost of the course is £4,000 and I'm hoping to fund this myself with the help of friends, family, sponsors and through fundraising to ensure I can take my place on the course. This is an excellent opportunity that will help me to develop my own understanding of the game and in turn allow me to continue to develop players and pass on my knowledge across the various age groups that I coach. I want to progress in the game and this is the next step of my journey.

Any help towards the costs would be much appreciated however big or small. The course will include both online learning and residentials at St George's Park alongside some of the best aspiring elite coaches in England. I'm hoping to learn and develop my understanding of the game and dedicate myself to complete the course, taking my coaching to the next level and ensure I become a UEFA A licenced coach.

Over the past few years I have managed to become a UEFA B coach whilst building a successful girls' development centre, giving access to high quality sessions whilst empowering young talented footballers to express themselves at all levels of the game from various clubs across the county.

It's been a difficult journey for me personally over the last 12 months both financially and mentally as I have taken the steps towards being a full time football coach, many will know that the sacrifices I have made whilst supporting a family haven't been easy, but that's life, I've taken a risk and being accepted on the course which have hopefully made those sacrifices worthwhile.

I have dedicated my life to the game and this is the next step for me, please help to make my dream a reality and I will give everything I have to ensure I become the best version of myself that I can.
