Contribute Towards an Innovative Future at CSUF

UIF is a program offered by Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design that empowers students to create change at their schools. Mentored by numerous academic and student leaders, UIF challenges leaders to build an entrepreneurial mindset and collaborate with faculty/peers to create new learning opportunities through design thinking and creativity. If accepted, our team will have the opportunity to take a six-week course and use the knowledge we gain to develop unique projects that apply the design thinking principle to CSUF. The potential impact of our campus with access to the UIF program shall open pathways to new systems and methods fostering creativity and innovation. Bringing opportunities for growth and advancement accessible to CSUF students gives weight to what it means to reach higher as a Titan.

We are retrieving our letter of support from the President of CSUF, nine letters of recommendation, and completing general application formalities. In order to get our application submitted in time, we need to be funded by March 25th. 

With the recent closure of CSUF’s Irvine Campus and Center for Entrepreneurship’s Startup Incubator, resources have been difficult to retain.

We are fundraising to cover the $4,000 application fee as well as travel expenses to attend the 5-day Silicon Valley Meetup at Stanford University, Google, and Microsoft in Spring 2022. As agents of change committed to expand our horizon, we appreciate your support!
