This Fundraiser is for my mother TreAuna Turner. My mom was born August 2nd 1978. She was survived by her 3 children and 10 grandchildren. She has survived many obstacles in her life. She had us at a very young age but she took very good care of all of us. She was the best mother God could give. Even though she made mistakes in life, she never let those mistakes define her as a woman or mother. At 3 years old I saw my mother get shot in her back paralyzing her from the waist down, putting her in a wheelchair. That did not stop her from being a loving mother daughter or sibling. She had family support in her recovery and was able to live life on her own. Even though she was bonded to a wheelchair, she was self sufficient and very independent. She had my little brother while paralyzed who is now 20 years old. Life was always a battle for her. For most in her position, they would have probably given up. I rarely saw my mother cry or say anything was hard. As we grew up and inherited great friends in our lives she treated them as her children and if they ever needed anything she would make sure they had it. My mom lost her youngest brother and her mother. In the mist of those tragedies she was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer which she received chemotherapy for and got her breast surgically removed. She fought as long as she could after receiving treatment. However, the cancer later moved to her liver which caused her to pass away. As young adults we didn’t know the importance of life insurance until now unfortunately and we now need help raising money for her funeral expenses. If anyone can help and donate to sending her off with basic service that would be a blessing.
