Contribute to the Memorial Fund for Marvin Dones II

On Sunday August 24, 2025, we faced the unimaginable loss of our beloved brother.

He tragically passed away at a beach while on vacation in Puerto Rico.

Our brother wore many hats in this family, but most importantly, he was a father to his son, three daughters, his step-daughter, and expecting another baby soon.

With such heavy hearts and disbelief, we’re grieving such a huge loss!

We are humbly asking for any help; financially, physically, and spiritually, to get us through such a difficult time. Please help us get our brother home so that we can lay him to rest.

Everyone that knew my brother also knows that he loved his children so very much and leaving them so sudden was never his plan. My brother would give the shirt off his back for anyone. He helped not only his family but strangers as well. He was so loving and had the brightest smile that could light up anyone’s mood. It’s time for us to give back and carry on his legacy while making sure we secure his dream of giving his children an amazing life. His son has just started college to pursue his dream of becoming a professional basketball player, his 14 year old daughter is in private school, and he leaves behind a newborn baby who has absolutely nothing to start with. Supporting his children and making sure their future is secure was the most important thing to him. Anything you can give to help us make his dreams for them come true would mean the world to our family.
