Hello. My name is Damion.

On May 12th after a six month battle with an aggressive form of brain and lung cancer my mother, Taynelle Eley, lost her life. She was only 47 years old.

Taynelle was known by many as someone who was always smiling, and always trying to make others smile with her. She was a happy person with an extremely bright outlook on life, no matter the situation. She took that charismatic attitude and used it throughout her life to develop wonderful bonds with many, many people.

At 19 she gave birth to me and at 30 she gave birth to her daughter, my sister, Ash. Taynelle Eley was nothing but the best mother a child could've ever asked for. She always put us first and made sure we had what we needed. She would walk the ends of the Earth if it meant that we were happy and healthy. She always took amazing care of her children and would give her life in an instant to keep us safe.

Taynelle radiated sunshine and lit up the world around her. She always wore a smile and never let anything bring her down. She fought hard throughout life until the very end, using all of her strength to stay with us here as long as she could.

The hurt and pain that myself and my family feel is immeasurable. 47 is too young to leave this world. There's too many future plans that can't be turned into memories now.

We want to honor those memories made and those lost to sickness by holding a small memorial service for her. We'll be holding it on the Causeway in Biloxi, MS on Sunday, June 2nd from 5pm to 7pm.

In order for us to hold a beautiful service for her, we need financial assistance.

We won't be holding a huge service but we would like to make sure that we can cover the costs of food, drinks and any other small amenities we may need for the service. Any and all helps us ensure that we can make her final send off a proper one with those she loved and cared for.

Thank you in advance to everyone who helps. We can't thank you enough for your generosity in these hard times.
