Contribute to Steve Stern's Final Farewell

It is with the heaviest heart that I share the passing of my beloved fiance, Steve Stern.

We lived in Carmel, Indiana for many years, before buying a home on 7 acres in Rosedale, Indiana. We lived in the country there for 2 years, before our dream home burnt to the ground on Easter Sunday. We came to Indianapolis to regroup before attempting to rebuild.

Then, Steve got sick.

He had a heart infection and underwent open heart surgery. We were so optimistic. His surgery went well, and he had been transferred to physical rehabilitation.

With complete surprise, he passed away early Thursday morning. At 55 years young, we had planned for many things, but not this.

Any contributions to his burial will be treasured. Details of his arrangements will be forthcoming, at Legacy Funeral Home on Shadeland in Indianapolis.
