Sammy V passed peacefully last night around 2 a.m.

He was a smart, funny, kind, compassionate, talented, and beautiful soul.

This will be for costs for his memorial/celebration of life and how the family wants to lay him to rest. We will inform everyone when his celebration of life will be.

Any extra money left over will be split between medical bills and going to his twin daughter and son.

Anything helps and is appreciated.
