Ryan Mabe was a force of nature. Where he was, he called home. He saw the world in a way that challenged your thinking, never swayed by popular belief. His morals were carved in granite: “Here they are, like it or leave it.” Passionate, fierce, and brimming with potential, Ryan lived life on his terms. Sometimes he drifted like the wind, sometimes he rowed upstream, but that was Ryan—always true to himself. Ryan served proudly as a combat engineer in the Army.

Tragically, Ryan was taken from us in a motorcycle accident on Saturday, April 12, 2025. His loss leaves a void in our hearts and lives. Unfortunately, Ryan had no life insurance, or benefits. We are creating this GoFundMe to help cover the expenses of a funeral, travel to and from Arizona to spread his ashes out west and support his family during this difficult time.

Ryan’s spirit impacted everyone he met, when you met him you knew you probably wouldn’t meet someone like him again. Ryan loved photography and the West. Only Ryan would hop on a motorcycle with nothing but a backpack and ride across the country to move to the place he loved.
