Hello everyone,

As I am sure you all know, Dave Bates has retired, and we wanted to mark this significant milestone with a memorable gift from his Reynolds Family. To celebrate this new chapter in his life, we have procured an incredible bar for him to enjoy with his family and friends for years to come. The bar was installed before the holidays and the retirement party, and Willie and I and many others worked closely with Carolyn and her family to ensure it was a complete surprise. Dave was absolutely blown away by the gift!

This gesture is a fitting tribute to Dave, who has touched us all in so many ways, both professionally and personally.
