Contribute to Clint Blanton's Last Journey

Hello, I am Clint Blanton's sister Tonja Harris. He passed away on January 16 at St Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.

This fundraiser is to help pay for Clint's final expenses. This money will help to cover the costs associated with doing a memorial service for him at his church in Livingston, KY, and also a memorial for him in Indiana. In addition, this will help to pay for the memorial website for Clint--it will be there forever for family and friends.

We have already come up with the money to pay for his cremation. Thank you to Aunt Kitten and my daughter Miranda Huff for helping Penny and I with this.

Clint wanted to be buried at the Wayne Harris Cemetery in Topmost, Kentucky--this is where our father Estill Harris and many members of his family are buried. He wanted to go home to his beloved mountains. The money we are raising will pay for a headstone, burial of his ashes, and a graveside service.

The Kentucky memorial service will be held at Pleasant Run Baptist Church in Livingston, KY on February 1, 2025 at 2 pm.

I am still working on determining an exact date for the Indiana memorial service, though I am hoping for a date around the first week of March, after the worst of the winter weather is over. I am hoping to have his ashes buried at the cemetery sometime in the Spring once the road to the cemetery is passable again.
