Contra Costa Christian School Project
Donation protected
Hi Everyone,
Scouting has been a passion, exploration, and amazing learning experience of mine for these past three years! With the knowledge given to me from all the wonderful leaders and counselors that have been a part of my scouting journey and life, I’ve learned to be more resourceful, confident in myself, and become a leader, which otherwise would’ve never happened without them! Thus, it is a privilege and honor to lead this Eagle project to give back to my community who helped me throughout this time.
This project will be for the Contra Costa Christian Schools. We are planning to assemble two bookshelves for two classrooms, and also build, stain, and weather-proof eight picnic benches to replace the old-worn out ones that now lie there. The bookshelves will help provide space for the classroom to become more organized in order to create a safe environment for students in the classroom and make accessing books easier. Additionally, the new picnic benches will replace the old-worn out ones to ensure that students and visitors have a safe place to sit.
Nevertheless, this project will be a large expense due to the bookshelves and wood costs. Therefore, I’m asking you to please donate to help fund this project. Anything, whether large or small will be greatly appreciated! However, if you’re not able to donate, that is totally fine! If you are able to send this link to anyone you know, that would be really helpful! All your prayers will be very much appreciated to make this project a success to benefit our community! Thank you all so much for your support and encouragement!

Dear Friends and Family,
I have been a part of scouting for a while now and am reaching my final stages of my scouting career. I started as a cub scout and remember the memories of winning raffle tickets and going on small hikes and campouts as I journeyed into boy scouts. To reach my goal of being an Eagle Scout, I have to work on a project to benefit my community to show my leadership qualities and to put in everything I have learned from scouting.
I have chosen a project to help my school which is Contra Costa Christian. This project benefits my community because it allows parents to sit on the tables to see sports games, it gives a better seating area for kids with lunches, and looks better to visitors who are touring the school. I am planning to fix 4 wooden tables at the school that are in bad condition and are rotting away. Holes have formed in the benches so I am planning to replace them with new wood. I will work with my troop and school and family to get this project finished so the school looks better and comes closer as a community. I will meet with vendors to have discounts on my supplies, tools, and materials. If I get more money than my goal, I will give the rest to my school, Contra Costa Christian.
I am asking you to donate to help me create tables for my school which will benefit the kids, parents, and visitors. Anything you give will help me with my project. Thanks.
