Now that Lindsay, Tim, Elizabeth and Cooper have been deployed to the Air Force Base in Okinawa Japan, they would very much like to donate a cuddle cot in Trevor's name to the hospital there.

Madigan Hospital was so excited about our first donation of a cuddle cot, Lindsay and Tim decided to continue Trevor's Gift. At this time, Arizona does not have a cot, so that is our new objective. For those of you who don't know our story, read below.

We were so excited when our daughter and son-in-law gave us the news that we were going to be grandparents for the first time. They live in a different state than we do, so we had an early baby shower for them, as she is a teacher, and her husband is in the military in Seattle. She had such a great pregnancy, watched what she ate, drank, took not even a tylenol, etc. We went to Seattle in June, and bought all the baby furniture, I helped paint little Trevor's bedroom, bought his first Halloween costume. Everything was set for his September 2014 delivery. On the Friday before he was to be born, my daughter had a great check up with her doctor, heard Trevor's heartbeat and the doctor stated that she should deliver within the week. On Tuesday, our daughter called and stated that there was no heartbeat and Trevor would be born still. We were in such a state of shock. Madigan Military Hospital could not have been more accommodating to our daughter and son-in-law. We rearranged our flight to get there as soon as possible. However, it was just a little over 24 hours since his delivery so we barely got to spend anytime with little Trevor. Even if we had another hour, we could have held him and kissed him a little more. A cuddle cot would have made that possible. Since Trevor's death, we have learned that every 20 minutes a baby is born still. So in Trevor's name, we would like to raise funds, so another family might have just a little more time to say hello and goodbye
