One year ago, our family asked for help as my dad began his battle with Stage 4 lung cancer. The outpouring of love, prayers, encouragement, and financial support we received was something we will never forget. Because of your generosity, Dad was able to focus on treatments and continue fighting without the overwhelming burden of so many immediate expenses. We are deeply grateful to every single person who donated, shared our story, prayed for us, or simply checked in along the way.

Thankfully, much of this past year was filled with hope. Dad responded well to treatments and was able to enjoy meaningful time with family and friends. Unfortunately, over the last 2.5 months, things have become much more difficult. He has been in and out of the hospital battling multiple illnesses and infections — some related to the cancer and other unrelated complications that have taken a serious toll on his health and strength.

As many families facing cancer understand, the financial burden does not stop. The support from our original fundraiser helped tremendously, but those funds have now been exhausted by ongoing treatments, routine doctor visits, medications, travel, and now unexpected hospital stays and medical expenses.

At this time, we are humbly asking for continued prayers and, if you are able, additional financial support to help our family navigate this difficult season. Every donation, no matter the amount, helps ease the burden and allows us to focus on what matters most — supporting Dad and spending precious time together as a family.
