Continue the Support for Adam Jr & His Battle Against Cancer

It's with an extremely heavy heart that I have to write these words. Adam fought an arduous battle, and fought so incredibly hard. Unfortunately, he was called home on May 21, 2024, where he will be greeted by his father, Adam Sr. Please continue to support Angel and keep her, his family, and his friends in your thoughts and prayers.

For those of you that know Adam and Angel, know that Adam has been battling cancer in numerous ways over the last year from surgeries to chemotherapy and radiation. Last June, they were told NED (No evidence of disease!) and thought that it was the end of the battle.

Unfortunately, as of December, they received absolutely devastating news that Adam's cancer has returned. Adam's last biopsy showed that his previously diagnosed NSCLC has transitioned into SCLS and has spread into his lymph nodes, liver, and skull. Adam has been doing a combination chemotherapy for the last few months, but the latest scans at the end of March confirmed the chemo treatment is not working, and new lesions were found. They've now started a new chemotherapy.

The side effects have become increasingly more unbearable, and most recently Adam was hospitalized for developing pneumonia.

Adam and Angel are doing everything they can to keep their spirits up, but trying to face and navigate the medical challenges, on top of still trying to take care of day to day life is so incredibly overwhelming. Angel is running out of leave time at work, and will be eventually taking full leave so that she can continue to stay home with Adam 24/7, and Adam has been unable to work in over a year. Although Adam is getting assistance from the VA for his medical treatment (Hallelujah!)... Trying to pay for monthly bills, groceries, day to day things, and even their animals (which we all know are their lives!) has become very challenging.

To say these two are a power couple is an understatement given what life has thrown their way the past few years. Any help, even the smallest bit, helps so much in giving them any kind of relief in their day to day expenses and stress. And please, send them all of your love, prayers, well wishes as they continue to fight this battle.
