Last year many of you helped our daughter-in-law Juli travel to Mt. Sinai South Nassau Hospital for diagnostic procedures on her spine. Damage to her spine appears to have developed from birth, also through a severe horseback riding accident, and continues to increase. She must lie in bed all day, is in constant pain.

Last year some non-surgical treatments were recommended, but these have brought little relief. More diagnostic procedures are needed to determine whether surgery would help her improve.
