Contact Prosthetics

I've always had a dream to provide prosthetic devices to patients living in a third world country who, without help, would never be able to walk again. I spent some time as a missionary walking in Santiago, Chile. One night I was on my way home, and I was tired. My feet hurt, and my shoes were worn out. Just then, I passed a man sitting on the side of the street who was missing one of his legs. He looked up at me and said, "I would give anything to walk again." In that moment, I decided that somehow I would help people like him - people who seemed to have very little hope and perhaps only a dream to return to a "normal" life. I've been working in prosthetics for 10 years and feel the same desire as I did that night in Chile.
This fundraiser is not only for those in the pictures and videos, but any and all who we can possibly help in similar, desperate situations.
Thank you, thank you for your help.

Short-term and long-term goals of Contact Prosthetics
