At Dream to Succeed, we are working to fulfill a mission to Unlock, develop, and promote STEM and Business talent from the global Latin Community to serve as resources to meet the needs of the overall economy. More than half of Latin professionals in the world are not employed in their area of expertise, or not employed at all due to a lack of job opportunities and qualifications. This challenge impacts the economy and increases unhappiness and poverty in these underserved communities. We are raising funds to provide seed capital to innovate and incubate ideas that will become job opportunities for many.
