This is one of the most exciting times in human history to be alive. Despite the seemingly apocalyptic world we appear to be living in, there is a solution.
It's you.
Within each and every one of us are solutions to every problem we face.
The biggest movement in human history is here. We can communicate and share information like never before. There are hundreds of thousands of movements all over the world that are solving the problems we face. Combined, it’s the largest love revolution we've ever seen -- and it can't be stopped because it's made up of millions of individual people with no central control.
Thank you to our brother, Paul Hawken, for writing one of my favorite books, Blessed Unrest, where I found this inspiring truth. Paul is one of the great environmental leaders conducting critical research and providing solutions.
We decided our wedding was the perfect time to launch a fundraiser -- and the MEWE foundation. MEWE is a mastermind group of entrepreneurs, activists, game-changers, artists, inventors, and healers who have a business, project, or vision to make an impact in the world. We will support each other's missions and creations through curated experiences, and serve as an incubator with support, resources, community, funding, and more. We will upgrade ourselves through leading-edge technologies, plant medicine, and healing experiences to support each other’s personal growth and our missions.
The MEWE foundation will fund and support many creations. Our first project is to support the vision of our our brother and spiritual teacher Mitra with funding the construction of a children’s school in Colombia to preserve the indigenous wisdom of the Sinai tribe.
Thank you for the gift of supporting this vision that is dear to our heart. In addition, our friend, Gerard Powell, generously agreed to match the total donation. Anything beyond the needs of building the school will go to the foundation, and we have several other beautiful visions in line to support.
We love you.

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Being an ethnoeducational center, 90% of the students are indigenous people of the Zio Bain people (Siona). Taking into account the cultural aspects, we see the need to build the cultural house to strengthen cultural and traditional practices; because of the armed conflict and colonization, these cultural practices tend to be lost: dance, music, crafts, gastronomy, spiritual ceremonies, recreation and indigenous sports. With these practices, students will be motivated to the folk environment of our ancestors using their own traditional costume, music and instruments. For this reason, there is the need to build the house to practice, acquire the costumes and musical instruments.
JUSTIFICATION
Given the problem, it is necessary to continue motivating the assessment of the different traditional practices such as Siona cultural heritage in the practice of dance, spiritual ceremonies, gastronomy, and crafts. The process of this project will be done with the students of Buenavista School under the guidance of elders and teachers, who will guide in the skills, body and spiritual abilities so that through dialogue arouses interest and appreciation of knowing what our grandparents possess.
With the construction of the cultural house, we are led to share with the elders the ancestral knowledge, respect for their heritage, sense of belonging and pride of presenting themselves in the different cultural events such as festivities, spiritual ceremonies, cultural meetings with the participation of the child, young, adult, grandparents, grandmothers and community in general, expressing their different meanings of song and dance.
With the construction of the cultural house, young people, children and the educational community will be guaranteed in the use of free time and in the realization of licit activities, so that they are out of contact with illegal crops.
The project aims to build a path with identity, forgers of a healthy, critical, constructive mentality with identity and promoters of the process of peaceful coexistence.
